TDR Capital to Acquire Majority Stake in CorpAcq

Paul, Weiss is advising TDR Capital LLP, a leading European private equity firm, in its majority investment in CorpAcq, a business acquisition compounder that specializes in investments in well-established, stable and cash generative small and medium-sized enterprises in the UK. The transaction will primarily support future CorpAcq acquisitions. Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals, were not disclosed.
