Litigation counsel Jennifer Gordon will speak on a panel at the Practising Law Institute's "Developments in Pharmaceutical and Biotech Patent Law" seminar. Jennifer's panel, titled "Patentable Subject Matter in the Aftermath of Myriad and Mayo," will cover, among other topics, section 101 cases decided in the wake of Myriad and Mayo, an update on USPTO guidelines and strategies for the future. The event will take place on November 9 in New York City and December 9 in San Francisco.
