Litigation counsel Jennifer Gordon will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s upcoming conference on 2017 Developments in Pharmaceutical and Biotech Patent Law. Jennifer’s lecture, “The Evolving Law of Section 101 and Life Sciences Patents,” will survey Section 101 cases decided since Myriad and Mayo, discuss litigation and PTO trends, the timing of Section 101 challenges, and identifying the most vulnerable claims. The event will take place on November 1 in New York City.
