麻豆视频 partner Robert Schumer participated in a panel discussion titled 鈥淎 New Paradigm for 麻豆视频 Governance,鈥� hosted by the NYU Law School鈥檚 Institute for 麻豆视频 Governance and Finance. Robert and his fellow speakers, Martin Lipton, Wachtell Lipton Rosen and Katz; Hon. Leo Strine, Jr., Chief Justice, Delaware Supreme Court; Matt Mallow, BlackRock; and Jean-Pierre Rosso, World Economic Forum USA; discussed what a corporate governance paradigm does, the roles it plays in both board听 and political governance, whether or not we need a new paradigm, and how it differs from the current practice, among other topics. The event took place on March 9 in New York City.
