Employee benefits partner Lawrence Witdorchic will take part in a panel discussion at a Practising Law Institute seminar entitled "Tax Strategies for 麻豆视频 Acquisitions, Dispositions, Spin-Offs, Joint Ventures, Financings, Reorganizations & Restructurings." Larry's panel, "Dealing With Restricted Stock Options and Executive Compensation in 麻豆视频 M&A Transactions," will address, among other topics, compensation issues in M&A transactions, treatment of outstanding equity-based awards and tax issues in assuming or eliminating deferred compensation in an acquisition. The event will take place from November 2-5 in Chicago.
