Paul, Weiss advised Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co, in its significant investment in KEV Group, the leading North American provider of school activity fee management software solutions for K-12 schools. The investment by Five Arrows in KEV Group marks its latest investment in North American software platforms. The transaction will support KEV Group鈥檚 continued product development, expansion of U.S. operations and inorganic growth initiatives.
