General Atlantic and Bridgepoint Complete Public Tender Offer for Esker

Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic on its participation, alongside Bridgepoint and members of French software company Esker SA鈥檚 management, in an all-cash, 鈧�1.62 billion public tender offer to acquire 100% of the shares of Esker. Following the completion of the transaction, Esker鈥檚 shares are delisted from Euronext Growth Paris.
