Pamela N. Davidson is the Chief Legal Personnel and Recruitment Officer of Paul, Weiss. Her responsibilities include leading the firm鈥檚 worldwide attorney recruitment efforts, as well as the summer associate program and all aspects of counsel and associate relations. Pamela also oversees departmental assigning, performance evaluations and attorney on-boarding and immigration needs, along with their related committee support functions.
