Carmen Lu is a partner in the 麻豆视频 Department and a member of the firm鈥檚 Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Activism Defense practice. She advises companies and boards of directors across industries on shareholder activism and hostile takeover response and preparedness, corporate governance, crisis management, investor engagement and evolving market and regulatory trends and practices.

Carmen is an advisor to the Aspen Institute鈥檚 Business & Society Program and serves as a guest lecturer on corporate governance at Yale Law School and Harvard Law School. Carmen also writes extensively on corporate governance matters and her articles have been published in a range of publications including the Harvard Law School Forum on 麻豆视频 Governance, Columbia Law School鈥檚 Blog on Corporations and Capital Markets and NYU Law School鈥檚 Blog on Compliance and Enforcement.

In law school, Carmen was articles and essays editor of the Yale Law Journal and executive editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation.
