As a Partner in the European Investment Funds group, David Pritchett鈥檚 practice focuses on advising private fund sponsors on all aspects of the formation and operation of private investment funds across various strategies and asset classes, including private equity, growth, credit, hybrid and infrastructure funds. David鈥檚 experience includes advising sponsors in connection with continuation vehicles and other GP-led secondary transactions, investment management M&A and other strategic or upper-tier transactions, seeding arrangements, co-investment arrangements, spin-outs and joint ventures.
