Frances鈥� spin-off experience includes representing:
- General Electric in the spin-off of its healthcare business into a separate publicly traded company
- Honeywell in its spin-off of Garrett Motion
- IBM in the spin-off of its managed infrastructure services business into a separate publicly traded company
- XPO Logistics in the separation of its tech-enabled brokered transportation services from its LTL business in North America, to create two separate publicly traded companies
Frances鈥� initial public offering experience includes representing:
- Clear Secure in its $470 million initial public offering
- HireRight Holdings Corp. in its $420 million initial public offering
- Latham Group in its $437 million initial public offering
- Rocket Companies in its $2 billion initial public offering

- The Children鈥檚 Place in its proxy contest with Barington Companies Equity Partners and Macellum SPV II
- Crown Castle in the activist campaign by Elliott Management and its successful proxy fight against Boots Capital
