A partner in the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Department and Co-Chair of our global Private Credit Group, Joseph Glatt has over 25 years of experience in private practice and in-house at one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers. Joseph has broad experience advising on a range of corporate matters important to asset management and financial services businesses, with a particular focus on complex transactions, strategic product innovation, and capital raising for asset management firms and financial institutions. Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Joseph spent approximately two decades at Apollo Global Management, where he served as a partner in its Financial Institutions and Strategy Group and as a partner and general counsel for Apollo Credit. During this time, Joseph was deeply involved in all aspects of the business, giving him an unparalleled understanding of the day-to-day operations and strategic considerations of a multibillion-dollar alternative asset manager.
