Lindsey L. Wiersma is a partner in the Investment Funds Group. Lindsey focuses her practice on the organization and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including buyout funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds, distressed funds, credit funds, structured product funds, co-investment funds and funds of funds. In addition to advising on a wide range of fund formation issues, she also advises fund managers on regulatory issues, management company “upper tier” arrangements, investment management M&A transactions, seeding arrangements and secondary transactions.
