Luke Jennings is a corporate partner in the Capital Markets and Hybrid Capital groups. Luke represents private equity funds and other alternative asset managers, portfolio companies and publicly-traded companies in capital markets financings, leveraged acquisitions, private credit and liability management transactions. Luke also advises boards and senior management on corporate governance, crisis management and disclosure matters.
