Mandy Branch is a counsel in the Litigation Department and a member of the Patent Litigation practice.

Mandy has experience in all phases of patent litigation, including pre-suit investigation, case management, offensive and defensive depositions and strategy, and witness presentation. She has experience with all of the major patent law venues, having had key roles in multiple trials before U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission, as well as in briefing before the Federal Circuit.

Mandy also has experience counseling clients in corporate transactions through patent portfolio analysis and litigation risk assessment.

Mandy is also committed to pro bono and has assisted clients with matters related to wrongful conviction, immigration and elder abuse.
