Sean Fitzpatrick is a partner in the firm’s Private Equity M&A and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. Sean advises public and private companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in a variety of significant transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, recapitalizations and corporate restructurings. Sean regularly assists companies and sponsors with a broad range of other general corporate, securities laws and governance matters.
Sean was recognized in New York’s Best Lawyers as “One to Watch” in 2024 and 2025 for his work in M&A.
