1L Summer Program

Program Description:
Our 2025 1L Summer Program offers talented first-year law students the opportunity to work at Paul, Weiss during their 1L summer. Participants in the 1L Summer Program will be included in all aspects of the firm鈥檚 Summer Program including training, mentoring, work assignments and social activities. The weekly salary for 1L summer associates will be the same as that of 2L summer associates. Upon successful completion of the 1L Summer Program, participants will be eligible to receive an offer to return to the firm as a 2L summer associate in 2026.

Participants in our 1L Summer Program will have the opportunity to apply for the 2025 1L LCLD Scholars Program. Paul, Weiss is a proud member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), which is an organization committed to building a more inclusive legal profession.
