Antitrust partners Nicole Kar, Josh Soven and Tee St. Matthew-Daniel will participate in the American Bar Association’s 73rd Annual Antitrust Spring Meeting, the largest gathering of antitrust, consumer protection and data privacy professionals globally.
Nicole’s panel, “AI: Consequences, Compliance and Strategy,” will explore the current U.S. and global regulatory environment for artificial intelligence and offer insights on how companies can refine their governance strategies to mitigate risks and strengthen compliance. Josh’s panel, “Conditional Pricing: Convincing Theories of Harm,” will cover innovative price strategies and potential harms of conditional pricing, including whether it could be exclusionary or violate certain antitrust laws. Tee’s panel, “The New Dawn of Dawn Raids,” will discuss the increase in and evolution of dawn raids since the pandemic, including multijurisdictional coordination and modern complexities.
The panels, which offer CLE credit, will be held in Washington D.C., with Nicole’s panel on April 2 at 10:45 a.m. ET, Josh’s panel on April 2 at 1:45 p.m. ET and Tee’s panel on April 3 at 1:30 p.m. ET.
